For most services, Desktop Designs charges a simple hourly rate of $25 / hour. We find this is the most economical for most clients. We will work with you to determine the best pricing method for you - by the hour, by the project or by the entry.

Web pages developed using the HTML coding. In order to enhance your web site's appearance in ALL browsers, pages are hand-coded using HTML codes for better control and quality. Meta Tags are used to get you higher listings with major search engines. Fees Arranged by Package start at $150. Packages Include: Preparation of at least 3 graphics/ photos per page, Link to your email account, Links to/from your different pages, Uploading to your ISP or Hosting Service, and Major search engine registration.
Additional Page and Per Page Fee is $80 for the first page and additional pages at $50 per page. Per Page Fees Include: Preparation of at least 3 graphics/ photos per page, and Approximately 3 links per page/document.

All files are virus-checked prior to transmission. Work may be delivered via diskette, e-mail, fax, regular mail, priority or express mail, FedEx, or UPS. Free pick up and delivery to limited area of Longview/Kelso. Priority or Express mail, FedEx, and UPS will be billed at cost.

• Rush orders, projects requiring weekend and/or holiday work may be subject to an additional fee of up to 25% of total invoice
• $15 minimum for all services
• Poor quality or illegible service material may be subject to an additional fee of up to 25% of total invoice
• Final invoice is based on actual project requirements
• Differences greater than 20% between estimated and actual costs will be discussed with the client prior to completion of work
• Desktop Designs will provide an Itemized Proposal for client's signature before project begins
• Whenever possible, Desktop Designs will provide a sample for client to view before project begins
• Work is billed in 15-minute increments
• Payment is Due in Full prior to delivery of finished project, unless prior arrangements have been made
• Rates are subject to change without notice
• There will be a $35.00 Service Fee for any returned checks
• Forms of Payment: Check, Money Order, Cash
• Client is responsible for all shipping & handling costs
• Client will provide all content, outlines, product images, etc. for project
• Client & Desktop Designs will set project deadlines
• Final proofing is the responsibility of the client
